BARCELONA, Spain, 26 January 2010 – 150 years ago, on 24 November 1859, Charles Darwin published his theories “On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life.” By the sixth edition the name had shed its verbosity and evolved into the abbreviated (and somewhat catchier) title, “The Origin of Species.”
