December 23rd, 2008 – The board of directors of Goss International has appointed Jochen Meissner as the company’s chief executive officer. Meissner had served as executive vice president and chief operating officer since joining Goss International in 2002. He succeeds Bob Brown, who will continue to serve the company as a member of the board of directors.

Jacobson will replace John W. Dreyer, who has been elected as the Board’s Lead Director. Mr. Dreyer has served as Chairman since June, 2006 having previously served as the Board’s Lead Director.
