NEWSWORLD TO ADD DUBAI TO PARTNERSHIP NETWORK

Following on from its successful contractual arrangements with AlphaGraphics in New York, Newsworld Corporation has announced that it is in advanced negotiations to produce digital newspapers in partnership with a printer in Dubai. Within the next few weeks, the company is set to formalise a contract with Atlas Media Communications, a leading provider of business systems, print production and project management within the Gulf area.

David Renouf of Newsworld Corporation says: “This is a further exciting step in the development of our business and we are looking forward to working with Atlas. We hope to have a Screen Truepress 520 Jet, in place with them during the second quarter of 2009, when we can service our own publisher base wishing to print in the region and build on Atlas'existing relationships, in particular with the airline industry. It is also a joint opportunity to grow the market for other organisations that are either already operating there or who may be contemplating expansion in this part of the world.”

Amit Radia of Atlas Media Communications adds: “I am really impressed by the technology of the Truepress and it provides great opportunities to explore a whole new dimension to digital print. AMC was set up primarily to invest in digital media and print, and this fits very well with our whole concept.
